Teaching Assistant Needed!
Help Inspire Rochester's Future Architects
The Rochester Architecture Foundation is seeking a Teaching Assistant for our Introduction to Architecture program at Rochester Prep High School for the 2026–2027 school year.
Now entering its fourth year, this innovative program introduces high school students to the world of architecture through engaging, hands-on learning led by local architect Christina Fluman.
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll help students explore design thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and the many career paths connected to the built environment—including architecture, engineering, construction, urban planning, real estate development, and digital design.
Classes meet twice a week during the school day throughout the academic year, giving students a unique opportunity to discover how architecture shapes communities—and how they can help shape the future.
If you're passionate about architecture, mentoring young people, and making a lasting impact in Rochester, we'd love to hear from you.
